B&C Turf was established in 2008 as a valued partner of Turf Ventures. The Partners at B&C combine experience, product knowledge, and a dedication to the turfgrass industry all with the goal of helping their customers succeed.

Rick Baker spent the first half of his career as a Golf Course Superintendent in Northern Indiana as well as a Lawn Care Owner/Operator. After his time on the golf course Rick spent the next several years on the operations side of the business managing and maintaining warehouses around the Midwest. Before joining B&C
Luke Baker was a Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Park Ridge Country Club north of Chicago. Luke has a passion for the industry and is currently working with golf courses and lawn care companies around the northern Indiana market.
Colin Clark is currently servicing customers in the Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan markets. Colin comes to B&C after spending seven years as the Golf Course Superintendent at Juday Creek Golf Course in Granger Indiana.
